Sri Satya Sai Vidya Vihar believes that learning is a dynamic process where each student learns differently. We provide developmentally appropriate practices by teaching in ways that match the way students develop and learn. We provide daily experiences to students for the to independently discover that they are competent and capable learners
Teacher Training Program
At Sri Sathya Sai Vidya Vihar, continuous professional development is an integral part of our commitment to academic excellence and holistic education.
Our teachers regularly participate in Capacity Building Programmes conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and the Sri Sathya Sai National Council for Schools, which oversees the functioning of 103 Sri Sathya Sai Schools across India.
They also attend Phase I and Phase II Teacher Training Workshops organised by the National Council to strengthen their pedagogical skills, enrich their subject knowledge, and enhance classroom practices and value-based teaching methodologies.
In recognition of their expertise and commitment, several of our teachers have been nominated by the Sri Sathya Sai National Council for Schools as Resource Persons to conduct teacher training programmes and workshops for educators in other Sri Sathya Sai Schools.
